With the VOSS™ Management System we build a detailed equipment list for each site including make, model, serial number, age, unique identifier, etc. but this is just the beginning.  A file is then created for each piece of equipment so every time service is performed all costs are recorded in the file.  Furthermore, each service work order is attached including time and date stamp showing the work performed, parts used, technician ID, and any warranty data.
