New Construction

The old construction delivery method of Construction Management, plan-and-spec, still has a firm hold on the market so we employ a team of estimators to handle your Plan-and-Spec projects.  Once a project is awarded to Knopke Company our Project Management team takes over to deliver the project. 

We focus on the Mechanical portion of the project and work with the other contractors on site to deliver the project.
